Now entering....3rd Trimester!!

YAY! I am 2/3 of the way there! Less than three months until our little guys is here, we can't believe it. The time has gone by so fast, I feel like we have so much to do before he comes but I am sure that's natural. The next three months will be fun though with the showers, prepping the nursery, baby classes etc. Not to mention the fact that I have to fit into a bridesmaid dress in March, that will be interesting! :)

Anyways, here is my 27 week pic...the bump is getting HUGE. And it's only going to get bigger. Have a good weekend everyone!

It's Time for Some Rest!

Whew! This girl is tired. It's been a crazy few weeks since Florida, but it's all been fun! On Tuesday, February 7th, we got the good news that our friends Kelly and Ben had their baby boy, Noah John Arneson. I got to visit him the next day and he's just the most precious thing, we are so excited for them and also so excited our little boy with have a playmate close in age!

Last Friday, Brad's parents came down and we went to the Timberwolve's game that night. It was so much fun! We ate at Hubert's before the game, then went and toured the stadium a little since it was their first time there. The game was really fun to watch since they were playing Dallas, who Lamar Odom now plays for. For all you "Kholoe and Lamar" fans, you will know what I am talking about. The T-wolves lost, but it was fun to see Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio....not to mention the mini-doughnuts I shared with Corrine, gotta love being pregnant!

Saturday morning Brad and I woke up nice and early so he could get me to the airport. I had to leave for Phoenix for a business trip that morning and extended it a couple days to visit BJ, Jess, Brayden and my new little niece, Brooklyn. I was sad to leave my hubby behind this time, but it was only 3 nights so we survived :)

I got to AZ around 1pm and was picked up by BJ and my new niece! It was so fun to meet her, she's super cute with a lot of dark hair! It was also so much fun to see Brayden and Jess when we got to their house, Brayden is such a big boy now! He is such a good little hockey player! I was so blessed because Jess gave me about 115 pounds of boy clothes, literally. It took us hours to go through them all but our little one is so lucky he has his big cousin to get cute clothes from, it's going to save us a lot of $$ in the long run! Thanks Jess and BJ!!

On Sunday, Jess and I left the kids with BJ and went to Scottsdale to indulge in masssages at the W Hotel and lunch at Culinary Kitchen! It was such a beautiful day...they are seriously spoiled in that state when it comes to weather in the winter.

On Monday morning, I woke up and took Brayden to the park with the babysitter, later on that day I had work meetings and a work dinner that went very well. I am so happy with my new company, I think it's going to be very successful someday!

Tuesday afternoon, I flew back to MN on Valentine's day. Brad picked me up and we went to dinner at the new Copper Fish Seafood restaurant down the road from our house. A little side note, not to embarrass Brad or anything, but on Valentine's Day 12 years ago, Brad first asked me to be his girlfriend. It's a fun little sentiment for us :) Just thought I would share, 12 years seems like forever ago!

Anyways, now I am spending this week catching up on work and life. The next few months are going to be crazy busy for us, so we are just getting ready for it all. Hope everyone had a great week, and happy belated Valentine's day!

FLO-RI-DA!

Well, we are back! We are so sad to be home after a wonderful relaxing vacation in Vero Beach, Florida with The Wrucke's. We were so sad to leave them...they got to stay another 4 nights! the weather was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. Our hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa Tina and Todd surprised us a couple days before our trip by upgrading to an Ocean View Suite, so we were super spoiled! It was so nice to wake up every morning with a gorgeous view and the ocean wind blowing into our room. Why do we live in Minnesota again?

We spent most of the vacation just relaxing by the pool or ocean at our resort. I enjoyed sipping on virgin daquiri's and pina colada's while the others enjoyed Coronas and G & T's. It was really fun to see Tina and Todd's daughter Tatum enjoy her first time at the ocean. She was a little scared of the water but loved playing in the sand! She was such a good girl the whole trip!

We also got out a couple nights for some fine dining. Tina's parents live about 20 minutes from where we stayed, so they babysat while we indulged in seafood, wine and desserts! A couple places we ate were Gloria Estafan's Hotel and The Ocean Grill both of which were in walking distance from our hotel. They were both soooo good!

One night, the boys went out grocery shopping while Tina and I took Tatum for a long walk on the boardwalk. We came home to a delicious home made Mexican meal by Todd and Brad, it was delicious! That was one of our favorite meals the whole trip :) Nice work boys!

Anyways, it was the perfect "babymoon." Now back to reality...4 more months until our little one is here! Here are some pics from our trip:
